Privacy Policy

EasyRevive · Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. About this policy

EasyRevive is operated by Easy Consulting LLC, a company registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines ("EasyRevive", "we", "us" or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect and retain personal information when people visit our website or use EasyRevive, including its connected email, website-form, lead-management and AI-assisted features.

For enquiries, contact hello@easyconsulting.com.au. Website: https://easyrevive.com.au.

2. Our role and business customers

For account registration, security, support and billing administration, EasyRevive determines how relevant personal information is handled. For enquiries, emails and lead records entered or imported by a business customer (Customer Data), that business generally determines the purposes of processing, and EasyRevive processes the information to provide the authorised service.

Business customers are responsible for lawful collection, notices, consent where required, and their own marketing and privacy obligations. If your details appear in a business's workspace, contact that business first about access, correction or deletion requests. We will assist where appropriate and legally required.

3. Information we handle

Account information: names, business and contact details, login identifiers, roles, workspace settings, support communications and subscription status.

Connected inbox information: sender details, email addresses, subjects, dates, message excerpts or content, thread context, connection status and authorisation information, to the extent permitted by the connected service.

Lead and activity information: customer names, telephone numbers, enquiries, website-form submissions, notes, follow-up records, estimated values, AI-generated summaries and communication preferences.

Technical and security information: authentication, access and activity records, diagnostic information and information reasonably needed to prevent misuse.

Billing information: Paddle processes payments. We may receive transaction identifiers, plan details, payment status and invoices or related administrative records; customers do not enter full card details into EasyRevive itself.

4. How information is collected and used

We obtain information from users and authorised integrations, website-form submissions, workspace records, Paddle and support interactions.

We use it to operate accounts and workspaces; retrieve and classify potential enquiries; identify missed follow-ups; prepare suggested communications; send user-initiated SMS where supported; maintain activity records; administer billing; provide support; and maintain security and legal compliance.

Not every inbox message assessed will be a genuine lead. Some non-lead messages may be analysed before they are excluded from lead records.

We do not sell connected email content or lead information for advertising, and do not use Google API data for advertising or other purposes prohibited by Google's applicable requirements.

5. Gmail, Outlook and website-form connections

Gmail and Microsoft Outlook connections currently retrieve email information on a read-only basis. EasyRevive does not send email directly through those connected inboxes. Suggested emails are provided for users to review and send themselves.

Users can disconnect integrations in EasyRevive or revoke authorisation with Google or Microsoft. Disconnecting stops future authorised synchronisation but does not by itself erase information already imported into a workspace.

Information obtained through Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its applicable Limited Use requirements. Our use of connected data must comply with those requirements; this policy is not a representation that any third-party provider arrangement has already passed independent verification.

6. Artificial intelligence and external processing

EasyRevive uses external AI services to classify messages, summarise enquiries, identify follow-up opportunities and generate draft communications. Relevant data may be transmitted to those services, including sender information, subject lines, message dates, body excerpts and other customer or lead content needed for a requested feature.

The specific upstream AI providers, processing locations, retention periods, model-training restrictions and contractual safeguards depend on our platform-provider arrangements and remain subject to confirmation. We will not promise zero retention, no model training or a particular processing country without evidence.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by the business user before use. If a provider arrangement cannot meet applicable legal or Google API restrictions, the affected processing must not be used until it can.

7. Service providers and overseas disclosure

Service providers may include Base44 (application platform and hosting), Paddle (merchant-of-record billing), Google and Microsoft (authorised integrations), external AI processing services, ClickSend (SMS) and other necessary infrastructure, security and support providers.

Personal information may be stored, accessed or processed outside Australia. Exact locations and overseas recipient arrangements depend on the services used and are being confirmed. We will provide more specific disclosures where required by applicable law.

We may also disclose information when lawfully required, to protect rights or security, or to address a serious incident. We do not disclose Customer Data to third parties for unrelated advertising.

8. SMS, privacy and communications

EasyRevive supports user-initiated SMS and related opt-out or do-not-contact records. Business customers are responsible for lawful recipient contact, sender identification, consent and unsubscribe requirements under applicable laws, including Australia's Spam Act where relevant.

We may send account, billing, security and support notices to registered users. These service notices are separate from customer marketing communications.

9. Security and incidents

We use safeguards intended to protect information, including authentication, workspace permissions and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We assess suspected incidents and meet applicable notification obligations. Report suspected unauthorised access to hello@easyconsulting.com.au.

10. Retention, export and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, billing, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data category and service provider.

Where available to an eligible workspace owner, export tools allow supported workspace data to be downloaded; security credentials and some technical records are excluded.

Workspace deletion, where available and successfully completed, is intended to remove supported workspace data from active application systems. It does not delete external Gmail or Microsoft accounts and may not immediately remove provider backups or records retained for lawful billing, tax, fraud-prevention, audit or security reasons. Specific backup and upstream-provider retention periods remain subject to confirmation.

Cancelling a subscription or disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete a workspace or its previously imported data. Contact us if you need assistance with a deletion request.

11. Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and identity verification. Requests about a business customer's Customer Data may be referred to that business.

Send privacy requests or complaints to hello@easyconsulting.com.au. We will review them within a reasonable period. Where applicable, you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another relevant regulator.

12. Cookies, tracking and children

We use technologies necessary for login, security and application functionality. If we use optional analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking, the applicable disclosures and any legally required choices or consents will be provided.

EasyRevive is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not designed for children. Business customers must handle any personal information about minors lawfully.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services, providers and legal obligations change. We will publish the current version and give notice of material changes where required.
